Build a follow-up agent for our sales team

Project Description

Austin SaaS startup, seed stage. Our reps close well on calls but let warm leads go cold between touches. We want an agent that monitors the inbox, drafts a context-aware follow-up, and books a demo, with a human approval step for at least the first month. We already use HubSpot and would prefer Claude or OpenAI under the hood. Keep it tightly scoped; we do not want something emailing prospects unsupervised on day one.
