• Professional information — your skills, work history, portfolio links, hourly rates, or job listings you create.
• Content you post — project descriptions, proposals, messages, reviews, or any other content you submit.
• Basic usage data — pages you visit and error logs that help us fix bugs. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party behavioral analytics.

Payments & Stripe

In the future, JustListAI will process payments through Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processor. When you make a payment, your card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure servers — we never see or store your credit card information. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data (stripe.com/privacy).

How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account.
• Display your profile or job listing to other users.
• Let freelancers and employers find and connect with each other.
• Send transactional emails (e.g., account confirmation, password reset, platform updates).
• Improve platform performance and fix issues.
• Respond to your questions or support requests.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to serve you ads.

We use only essential, functional cookies — the kind needed to keep you logged in and remember your preferences (such as light/dark mode). • With other users — your public profile and posted content are visible to registered users, as that is the core purpose of the platform.

We Do Not Verify Other Users

JustListAI does not verify the identity, credentials, business registration, employment status, qualifications, or trustworthiness of any user, freelancer, employer, company, or listing on the platform. We have no obligation to do so. Any contact, communication, transaction, payment, agreement, in-person meeting, or work arrangement that you enter into with another user through information found on JustListAI is entirely at your own risk. You alone are responsible for verifying the other party before sharing personal information, money, work product, or sensitive data. We accept no liability for any fraud, scam, theft, identity theft, financial loss, physical harm, dispute, or other harm of any kind arising from your dealings with other users. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where required by law to retain it longer.

Your Rights

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct — update or fix any inaccurate information in your account.
• Delete — ask us to delete your account and associated data.
• Opt out of emails — unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.
