What This Platform Is

JustListAI (justlistai.com) is a local directory that connects AI practitioners with businesses in Greater Vancouver, British Columbia. We provide tools for practitioners to showcase their services and for businesses to post jobs and find talent. We are not a party to any agreement made between practitioners and businesses — all contracts and work arrangements are solely between you and the other party.

Accepting These Terms

By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please notify us immediately at byip803@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Listing Your Services

By submitting a profile or service listing, you confirm that all information is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to decline, edit, or remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, spam, or otherwise violates these terms.

Posting a Job

Job posts must represent genuine work opportunities. Fraudulent, misleading, or spam job posts will be removed and may result in account termination.

User Behavior

• Be honest — do not misrepresent your skills, experience, or identity.
• Be respectful — harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward other users is not tolerated.
• No illegal activity — do not use the platform for anything unlawful.
• No spam — do not send unsolicited bulk messages or post duplicate listings.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.

Content Ownership

You own the content you post on JustListAI. By posting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service. We do not claim ownership of your work.

Fees & Payments

JustListAI currently operates as a free platform. In the future, we plan to introduce a monthly subscription fee or commission-based pricing for freelancers. We will give you at least 14 days' notice before any new fees take effect. All payments will be processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

Refunds & Cancellations

Once subscription billing is introduced, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period — we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at byip803@gmail.com and we will review your case promptly.

No Guarantees

JustListAI does not verify the quality of any freelancer's work, the legitimacy of any job post, or the outcome of any engagement between users. Hiring and contracting decisions are entirely your own responsibility. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

No Verification of Users — Use at Your Own Risk

JustListAI does not verify the identity, credentials, business registration, employment status, qualifications, references, or trustworthiness of any user, freelancer, employer, company, or listing on the platform. We have no obligation to do so. Any contact, communication, transaction, payment, agreement, in-person meeting, or work arrangement that you enter into with another user is entirely at your own risk. You alone are responsible for verifying the other party before sharing any personal information, money, work product, or sensitive data. JustListAI is not a party to any agreement between users. We accept no liability for any fraud, scam, theft, identity theft, financial loss, physical harm, dispute, breach of contract, or any other harm of any kind arising from your contact or dealings with other users — whether the contact was initiated through the platform, by email, by phone, in person, or through any other channel. By using JustListAI, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Platform Availability

We aim to keep JustListAI available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or make changes to features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustListAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between users, loss of business, or data loss.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your public listings will be removed within 30 days.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at byip803@gmail.com — most issues can be resolved quickly. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes will be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

Final Interpretation

JustListAI reserves the right to make the final determination on the interpretation of these Terms of Service, all platform policies, and all content, listings, descriptions, and information appearing on the platform. In any case of ambiguity, dispute, or disagreement regarding the meaning or application of these terms or any platform content, JustListAI's interpretation shall be final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or with a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date means you accept the updated terms.
