Distribution company near Round Rock with years of product specs and vendor policies scattered across PDFs and shared drives. Our support staff waste real time hunting for answers. We want an internal search tool grounded strictly in our own documents, answering reliably in English and Español. Accuracy matters more than speed since staff need to trust it before relying on it daily. Pinecone or Supabase both fine. Prefer an on-site kickoff near Round Rock.
