Project Description
Our salon near Brentwood gets the same questions all day through our website — hours, pricing, do we take walk-ins, parking. We want a chatbot that answers these from our own info in both 中文 and English, and tells people to call or book when it is unsure. It needs to be cheap to run and easy for us to update when prices change. We do not need anything fancy. If you have done a simple FAQ bot before, send a link we can try.
