Build a follow-up agent for our equipment sales team

Project Description

Industrial equipment dealer serving oil and gas and agriculture clients across southern Alberta. Quote requests come in and our reps are too busy on the floor to follow up consistently, so deals go quiet. We want an agent that drafts a follow-up from our pricing sheet and books a call, with a human approving replies at first. Open to Claude or OpenAI. Needs to plug into whatever simple CRM you recommend since we do not have one yet.
