Small retail shop near Inglewood selling outdoor gear online and in-store. We get the same shipping, sizing, and return questions all day and it eats into time we would rather spend on the floor. Looking for a chatbot grounded in our actual policies, with a clean handoff to email when it does not know the answer. Should match our site's look.
