Modernize our old dispatch and inventory system

Project Description

Logistics company running a dispatch and inventory system built over a decade ago that nobody currently on staff wants to touch. We want it modernized in stages: a clean API around the existing data, a plain-English search layer so dispatch staff stop calling IT, and integration with our newer routing software. Nothing can go down during business hours. We would rather have someone careful with legacy data than someone fast. On-site access available in the northeast industrial area.
