RAG knowledge base for our import/export documentation

Project Description

Logistics company with years of tariff schedules, customs paperwork, and carrier contracts spread across PDFs and shared drives. Our staff waste real time hunting for answers that already exist somewhere in our files. We want an internal RAG search tool, grounded only in our own documents, that answers reliably instead of guessing. Pinecone or Supabase is fine for the vector store. Accuracy matters more than speed here since staff need to trust it before they rely on it with a customer on the phone.
