Small DTC brand shipping out of the city on Shopify. We get the same shipping, returns, and sizing questions all day and it eats up our one support person. We want a chatbot grounded in our actual policies so it does not make things up, with a clean handoff to email when it is unsure. Should roughly match our site's look.
