Need a bilingual phone bot for our dental office

Our dental office near Casa Linda misses a lot of calls during appointment hours and a good share of our patients prefer speaking Español. We want an AI phone bot that answers in English or Español, handles booking and reschedule requests, and texts a confirmation once it's set. It should hand off to the front desk for anything complicated. Twilio plus OpenAI is fine if that's your usual stack. Please test thoroughly on real accents before we go live.
