Phone-answering bot for our family dental clinic

Project Description

Our front desk is overwhelmed by phone calls, most of them booking or rescheduling. We'd like a phone bot that answers common questions, takes bookings into our calendar, and texts a confirmation, handing off to a person when needed. Clinic is in Ladner. We want it to sound calm and professional, not robotic. Please show us examples of phone bots you've launched and how you tested them with real callers before go-live.
