RAG search tool for our import business's supplier docs

Project Description

Import company near the Port of Houston with years of supplier contracts, customs paperwork, and product specs scattered across shared drives. Staff waste real time hunting for answers, and a few of them work better in Tiếng Việt than English. We want an internal search tool grounded only in our real documents that answers reliably in either language. Accuracy matters more than speed here. Supabase or Pinecone is fine. On-site kickoff near the port preferred.
