Automate order intake for our supplier business

We are a wholesale supplier near Koreatown and orders still come in by email and get typed into QuickBooks by hand most days. We want an n8n or Zapier workflow that pulls new orders, checks stock, and generates the invoice automatically, with a Slack alert if something looks off. Comfortable working in English or 한국어.
