Need invoice and follow-up automation for our framing crew

Project Description

Small framing company in Willoughby. Right now our office manager builds every invoice by hand from job sheets and manually chases late payers, which eats a full day a week. We'd like quotes to roll into invoices automatically and a system that sends payment reminders on a schedule. We use QuickBooks and Google Sheets. Prefer someone who can come out to the office to see how we actually work, then set it up so our staff can manage it after.
