Booking bot and reminder emails for tasting room

Project Description

Cidery in Fort Langley with a busy tasting room and event space. We take tour and tasting bookings over email and phone and it's getting messy — double bookings, no-shows, last-minute scrambles. We want a booking bot on our site plus automatic confirmation and reminder emails, with everything landing in one sheet our team can see. Should still feel friendly, not robotic. Bonus if you've worked with hospitality or small food and drink businesses before.
