Project Description

Garden centre and outdoor retailer in Walnut Grove. We have sales data in our POS and a pile of spreadsheets but no real picture of what's profitable versus what just looks busy. Want a clean dashboard that pulls it together and updates on its own — a few numbers that matter, not a hundred charts we'll ignore. Seasonality is a big deal for us so someone who gets retail swings would help. Happy to start small and add to it once we trust it.
