Project Description
We send a lot of quotes and half of them go quiet. We want an automated follow-up that texts the customer a day after the quote, again after a few days, and books a call if they reply. Missed-call text-back would be a bonus. We're a small Sapperton crew, not technical, so it has to be simple to run and easy to pause when we're slammed. Twilio plus Make would probably do it.
