Project Description
Fintech startup near FiDi. Our reps close well on calls but drop the ball on follow-up, so warm leads go quiet. We want an agent that reads our inbox, drafts context-aware follow-ups, and schedules meetings, with a human approval step for at least the first month. We run on HubSpot and would prefer a build on Claude or OpenAI. Keep it tightly scoped; we do not want anything emailing clients unsupervised yet.
