Need a bilingual phone bot for our restaurant

Project Description

Busy restaurant in Flushing missing calls every dinner rush, especially from customers who prefer to order in 中文. We want an AI phone bot that answers in English and 中文, takes reservations and simple takeout orders, and texts a confirmation. Anything too complicated should hand off to a staff member instead of guessing. Twilio and OpenAI are fine if that is your usual stack. Please test thoroughly on real accents before we go live.
