Multilingual phone bot for our dental clinic

Project Description

Dental clinic in Bellevue missing calls during busy hours, and patients often do not call back. We want an AI phone bot that answers in English, 한국어, and 中文, handles booking and reschedule requests, and texts a confirmation afterward. It should hand off to the front desk for anything complicated. Twilio plus OpenAI is fine if that is your usual stack. Please test thoroughly on real accents before we put it live with patients.
