Small direct-to-consumer brand on Shopify shipping across North America. We field the same questions all day about shipping windows, returns, and sizing, and it is eating our one support person alive. Want a chatbot grounded in our actual policies so it does not make things up, with a clean handoff to email when it is unsure. Should match our site styling reasonably well.
