Hire an ongoing automation specialist, part-time

Small creative agency on Capitol Hill looking for a part-time automation person on an ongoing basis, not a one-off project. We want someone who can build and maintain n8n workflows and small content pipelines, then keep refining them as the team grows. Comfortable with OpenAI and Claude both. You would work directly with our small team rather than disappearing after delivery. Some on-site days appreciated but not required. Tell us about systems you have maintained long term.
