Need online ordering to replace third-party delivery commissions

Family takeout spot in Whalley. The delivery apps take a huge cut and we want our own ordering page that goes straight to our kitchen printer. We'd also like the daily sales total emailed to us so we stop adding it up by hand. We're not techy, so it has to be easy for our staff to use during a rush. Vietnamese-speaking would help since that's most of our team. Let us know what it costs to build and to keep running.
