Hire an ongoing automation specialist, part-time

Creative agency looking for a part-time automation person to work with us on an ongoing basis rather than a one-off project. We want someone who can build and maintain n8n workflows and small content pipelines, then keep improving them as our client roster grows. Comfortable with OpenAI and Claude. You would work directly with our small team, not just deliver and disappear. Occasional on-site days are a plus but not required. Tell us about systems you have kept running long-term, not just launched.
