Project Description
Vancouver SaaS startup. Our reps are good at calls but terrible at follow-up, so warm leads go cold. We want an agent that watches our inbox, drafts context-aware follow-ups, and books meetings, with a human approval step at first. We use HubSpot and would prefer something built on Claude or OpenAI. Keep it tightly scoped and explainable; we do not want a black box emailing customers on its own.
