RAG knowledge base for our support team

Project Description

Import/export company in Richmond with years of product specs, supplier docs, and policies spread across PDFs and shared drives. Our support staff waste time hunting for answers. We want an internal RAG search tool, grounded only in our documents, that answers reliably in English and 中文. Accuracy matters more than speed; we need to trust it before staff rely on it. Pinecone or Supabase is fine. On-site kickoff in Richmond preferred.
