Project Description
Our dental clinic misses a lot of calls during busy hours and patients give up. We want an AI phone bot that answers in English, 中文, and 粤语, handles booking and reschedule requests, and texts a confirmation. It should hand off to reception for anything complex. Twilio plus OpenAI is fine if that is what you use. Please be thorough with testing on real accents before we put it live.
