RAG knowledge base for our private clinic

Project Description

Our Dundarave clinic has protocols, aftercare sheets, and product info scattered across folders. We want a searchable knowledge base our staff can ask in plain language, built over our own documents. Data privacy matters to us, so it needs to live in our own account, not somewhere shared. If you can also automate our weekly report email, even better. Looking for someone who has built RAG systems and can explain how patient information is kept secure.
