Need sales forecasting and a dashboard for our retail group

Project Description

We run two boutique retail locations in West Vancouver and plan stock mostly by gut. We want a simple seasonal forecast and a dashboard that pulls our Shopify and POS data into one view the owner can check on a phone. Plain-language insights matter more to us than fancy charts — we want to know which lines actually make us money. Reporting in English is fine, 中文 a plus for one of our partners.
