I set up automated reporting for food processing and manufacturing plants in Abbotsford so the daily numbers land in one dashboard instead of three spreadsheets. I pull production counts, downtime, and shipping data, then schedule clean reports for the morning. Tools I lean on are n8n, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio. Before any dashboard I spend a day on the floor and in the office figuring out what numbers people actually act on. Most plants here have the data already, it's just stuck in different systems and nobody has time to stitch it together.
