I design multi-agent setups for slightly larger operations in west Abbotsford that have outgrown single-task automations. One agent handles incoming quotes, another updates the CRM, another flags anything that needs a human. I build with Claude, n8n, and Airtable, and I'm careful about where a person stays in the loop so nothing risky goes out unchecked. My background is in operations, so I think about the whole flow, not just the clever part. I'll tell you honestly when a simple Zapier would do instead.
