I put together customer support and after-sales follow-up for online and retail businesses in the Fraser Valley. The setup handles common support questions automatically, sends order updates, and follows up after a sale to ask for a review or catch a problem early. I connect it to Shopify and your email so it works with what you've got. I can run the whole thing bilingually in English and Español, which helps shops serving Abbotsford's Spanish-speaking customers. I'd rather build something steady and boring that works than something flashy that breaks.
