I design autonomous agents for logistics and freight coordinators near Hartsfield-Jackson, where a missed shipment update can cascade into a dozen phone calls. My builds usually pair a monitoring agent that watches carrier and customs feeds with a second agent that drafts status updates for dispatchers to approve before they go out. Stack is Claude and n8n, sometimes OpenAI depending on the client's existing tools. I scope agents narrow on purpose so dispatch leads can see exactly what triggered a decision. Based in Midtown, mostly remote with occasional on-site visits near the airport.
