I build follow-up agents for fintech and financial-services firms in Buckhead that generate plenty of inbound interest but let it go cold waiting on manual replies. The agent drafts a first response from your existing playbook, flags anything sensitive for a human, and logs the conversation into HubSpot automatically. I use OpenAI with n8n as the connective layer. I came out of a compliance-heavy background, so I build in an approval step by default rather than letting anything email a prospect unsupervised.
