I build phone and follow-up agents for Korean-owned businesses in Duluth and the broader Gwinnett Korean business community, where a lot of customers still prefer to call rather than fill out a form. Using Twilio with Claude, I set up a bot that answers in 한국어 or English, takes the basics, and hands off anything complicated to staff with a summary attached. I pair that with a lightweight follow-up agent so missed calls still get a callback. I test with real accents from both languages before anything goes live.
