I digitize old customer records, clean them up, and load them into something searchable like Airtable or a proper database, then layer AI search on top so staff can actually find things. A lot of my clients are family-run import and retail shops near Metrotown and Lougheed who never had time for this. I speak 中文 and 粤语, work patiently with older systems, and never delete anything until you have confirmed the new one works.
