I build autonomous follow-up agents for sales and business-development teams that lose deals to slow replies. The agent reads inbound email, drafts a context-aware response, and books a call on the calendar, with a human approval step until the team trusts it. Stack is usually Claude and OpenAI with n8n as the glue, HubSpot or Salesforce on the CRM side. Clients so far are mostly finance and professional-services firms downtown. I keep every agent scoped narrow, a focused agent is one you can actually debug when it misfires.
