I help professional-services firms in the Financial District stop dropping inbound leads. Builds usually combine a RAG knowledge base of the firm's service offerings with a follow-up agent that nurtures inquiries over email until they book a call or opt out. Stack is OpenAI plus Supabase for vectors, with HubSpot on the CRM side. Started this work with a wealth-management firm and an immigration law practice, both wary of anything sounding salesy, so I keep the messaging plain and require approval on every template before it goes live.
