I modernize the crusty internal systems small Boston firms have outgrown. Usually that means wrapping an old database in a clean API, adding an AI search layer so staff can ask questions in plain English instead of running reports, and connecting it to the tools the office actually uses day to day. Done this for a property management company and a healthcare billing office, both stuck on software from a decade ago. I move carefully with legacy data and migrate in stages so nothing breaks mid-quarter. Mostly on-site around Boston for these engagements, since direct access to old servers matters.
