The setup deflects the routine stuff and escalates only what actually needs a person, so a one- or two-person support team can keep up during peak season. I lean on tools you likely already pay for, an Intercom or Shopify app plus an OpenAI layer, rather than pushing a bigger custom build than you need. I am direct about when a feature is not worth the cost.
