I help retail and service shops stop losing money in their billing and follow-up. Typical job: invoices that generate from a sale, get emailed, and chase themselves when they go unpaid, all running in n8n off your POS or Shopify data. I also build simple after-sale follow-up so a customer gets a thank-you and a review request without anyone remembering to send it. I'm in Coquitlam and work mostly remote, with the occasional on-site to plug into older systems. I price per workflow so you know the cost up front.
