I connect booking bots to the back-office work that follows a booking. For a Port Moody fitness studio I built a flow where a class signup updates the schedule, sends a Korean or English reminder over Twilio, and flags no-shows for follow-up. I lean on n8n for the plumbing and keep the chatbot side simple and reliable. Most of my clients are studios, salons and clinics that are busy at the front desk and don't have time to babysit software. I can train one of your staff to make small edits themselves.
