I set up phone-answering bots that handle calls in Korean and English so clinics and salons don't miss bookings when the front desk is busy. The bot answers common questions, takes a booking, and texts a confirmation, with anything tricky passed to a person. I build these with Twilio and OpenAI and tune the script with you until it sounds right for your business. A lot of my clients are around Austin Heights where Korean-speaking callers are common.
