I turn the sales data sitting in your POS and spreadsheets into a dashboard you'll actually check. I work with Coquitlam retailers and clinics to surface things like which products move, which days are slow, and where repeat customers come from. Usually I pull from Shopify, Google Sheets or Square into one clean view and automate the refresh so it's never stale. I keep it to the few numbers that change decisions instead of a wall of charts.
