I build website chatbots that answer real questions instead of looping people back to a contact form. Each bot is grounded in your actual policies and product docs, then hands off to a person when it is unsure. Most of my clients are retail shops and a couple of real-estate teams in Irving and Grand Prairie fielding the same shipping, pricing, and availability questions all day. Stack is usually OpenAI plus a small vector store, embedded on Shopify or a custom site. I work fully in English and Español and keep the first month of tuning included.
