I set up invoicing and bookkeeping automations for small trades and home-service businesses around Tsawwassen and South Delta. The common job: jobs get done, but invoices go out late and follow-up on unpaid ones never happens. I fix that with Zapier connecting your job scheduler, QuickBooks and email, so invoices send themselves and overdue ones get a polite nudge. Most of my clients are one or two-truck operations. I keep it cheap and low-maintenance. Quick to reply during the day, I'm usually at a laptop between site visits.
