The setup deflects the routine questions, order tracking, sizing, returns, and only escalates the ones that need a person, so a one- or two-person support team can actually keep up during peak season. I lean on tools you likely already have, a Shopify app or Intercom plus an OpenAI layer, instead of overbuilding. Calm about scope, and I will tell you when a feature is not worth the cost.
