I build multi-agent back-office systems and phone bots for hospitality clients, mostly small hotels and event venues around Downtown LA that lose bookings when the front desk cannot pick up. One agent handles the phone answering in English or Español, another checks room or venue availability, and a third drafts the confirmation email. Everything routes to a human fast if a guest sounds upset or the request is unusual. I test with real accents and a noisy lobby background before anything goes live, because a bot that mishears a date is worse than no bot.
