I build autonomous agents that handle the repetitive parts of running a growing business — sorting inbound email, drafting replies, updating the CRM, and flagging anything that actually needs a human. For one Fort Langley retailer I run a small multi-agent setup that watches inventory, reorders from suppliers, and posts the new arrivals. I work in Python with OpenAI and Claude, and I'm careful about where the agent can and can't act on its own. I'd rather under-promise and ship something you trust than hand you a toy.
